    BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) – The Hayden Homes Amphitheater is looking for a few good food trucks.

    The application window is now open for vendors looking to partner with Oregon’s largest outdoor music venue. The Hayden Homes Amphitheater hosted 52 concerts in 2022, including sold out shows by Kenny Chesney, Nine Inch Nails, ODESZA, The Chicks, and more.

    “We work long, hard and often hot hours, but we have a blast doing it,” says Kris Ann Palacios, the amphitheater’s food & beverage manager. “We’re hoping to find business partners who love food and music as much as we do.”

    The Bend social partner dance scene is growing. With so many new dance lesson events coming through the Source Weekly calendar, we thought it would be nice to do a little roundup of options out there.

  • Bend Roots Revival FREE Music Festival Sep 23-25

    Now in it’s 10th season, the 2016 Bend Roots Revival is a FREE, family-friendly celebration of music and art in Bend. The festival features over 100 performances and educational workshops for the community to enjoy 9/23-9/25.

    Volunteer-Powered, the Revival is produced by the local non-profit arts-outreach organization Rise Up International

    Revenue from donations at the event, and sales of beer and Bend Roots Revival merchandise, is used to improve the festival itself, and to help fund several music and art mentoring projects at schools and camps in Bend.

    Support of Bend Roots Revival helps provide arts education for kids in Central Oregon and also creates employment opportunities for local teaching musicians…
