Stoked Supper Club is what happens when Gary Shelly, a Michelin-trained chef, trades the white tablecloths for something more personal—seasonal cooking driven by craft, connection, and a little bit of edge.

Stoked is the culmination of 23 years dedicated to the craft of cooking—from an early apprenticeship under Mark Sullivan at The Village Pub to leading roles in top restaurants across the country. Every menu is built on bold flavors, seasonal ingredients, and a deep respect for the people who grow and raise the food. It’s fine dining—unbuttoned, personal, and built to be shared.
