What is Happening to Our Public Lands? Learn and Act with SUWA

The Southern Utah Wilderness is in town this week and will be at Patagonia of Bend Thursday Oct 24th from 4-630pm to answer questions and then will screen its film on Friday the 25th at the Environmental Center at 7pm. SUWA does incredible conservation work for Utah’s wild and scenic desert lands.

The breathtaking, other-worldly public lands of Utah including National Parks, National Monuments and potential and current wilderness area ground zero, for the attack on our public lands in the name of “energy dominance.”  More INFO HERE. 

Visit with SUWA staff and volunteers to find out what is happening and why it matters to all people who love the outdoors on Thursday at Patagonia of Bend. In 60 seconds you can take action right at the table to help stop the onslaught and pick up some info to study and share. Also, learn how you can visit Utah with SUWA to provide hands-on help through the free Field Volunteers program.
