Trail Maintenance Work Party Hosted By The Meissner Nordic Community

Looking for something to do this weekend? Consider helping get the Virginia Meissner trails and facilities ready for the winter. More INFO HERE.

When: Saturday October 19th 9am – 1pm

We will be hosting two work parties this fall and we’d love to get everyone in the Meissner community involved to help us prepare for winter and have a bit of fun getting to know each other. We will be clearing trails on Saturday October 19th and cutting & stacking firewood on Saturday November 9th. Work parties start at 9:00 am and end at 1:00 pm. We will meet at the lodge at the Virginia Meissner Sno-Park. Pizza and drinks will be provided in the lodge after the work party ends. Wear clothes appropriate for the weather, work boots, and work gloves. For the trail maintenance work party, if you have tools for clearing brush please bring them. If not they will be supplied.
