Pickin' & Paddlin' Concert Series- September Throwback
The last of the season tonight Sept 26th at Tumalo Creek Kayak and Canoe.
What began as a couple of kayakers creating tunes on the back deck after a long day on the river, has grown into Pickin’ N’ Paddlin’ 2019, a cult-classic community celebration to raise funds for Bend Paddle Trail Alliance (BPTA) whose mission is to establish a navigable paddle trail within Deschutes County to enhance river and lake recreation opportunities while promoting water safety, education, and stewardship.
SEPTEMBER Throwback! We decided to host the second Pickin’ in September and make it a mellow throwback to the earlier days. Concert-goers can look forward to a more intimate experience.
Come enjoy live music and free boat demos on the back lawn at Tumalo Creek Kayak & Canoe. Children 12 and under are free, tickets are $10 and all proceeds go directly to BPTA. No dogs please.
