Whether you’re looking for your first-time home purchase or your fifth, and whether the house is 3 years old or 50, we’ll help you determine what to expect from your potential utility bills, energy hogs to keep an eye out for (don’t worry—they don’t have to kill the deal for your dream home!), and how to go about making a prioritized list for energy-saving improvements-even in the mix of all the other upgrades you’re trying to squeeze in.
