This is the second installment of the High Desert Speaker Series in Bend. We’ll be taking a deep dive into one of the wildest places in the country: Oregon’s Owyhee Canyonlands. Follow along with Corie Harlan, ONDA’s Owyhee Coordinator, on an exploration of this incomparable region, its awe-inspiring natural landscapes, rich culture and history, key wildlife habitats and recreation hubs. ABOUT THE SPEAKER: Corie Harlan is an enthusiastic champion for the rugged Owyhee Canyonlands that straddle the Oregon-Idaho-Nevada border. She has built and strengthened relationships with a diverse array of stakeholders who make the preservation of spectacular wild places like the Owyhee possible.
