Bend Transportation Workshop - Northwest Area

The City is updating Bend’s Transportation Plan and they need community members help! More INFO HERE!

Tuesday Jan 29 is the Northwest Area workshop. Join to give input on how the City can make moving around your neighborhood safer and more convenient.This workshop is targeted to people in the Awbrey Butte, Summit West and River West neighborhoods, but anyone is welcome to attend.

The first half hour of the workshop you can review work that has been done on the transportation plan to date. The following two hours will be an active workshop where attendees will work together in small groups to provide input on neighborhood transportation needs. Attendees are asked to stay for the entire workshop, if possible, to contribute to all of the workshop activities.

The workshop location is accessible and children are welcome to attend. Sign language interpreter service, assistive listening devices, materials in alternate format such as Braille, large print, electronic formats and audio cassette tape, or any other accommodations are available upon advance request.
