April 19, 2020 is the Bend Marathon. An annual event organized by local pro runner Max King, this is a great way to celebrate spring in Bend.

Beautiful scenic courses running through West Bend, Tetherow, the forest, and Old Mill with a beer garden, food, and recovery station.
