Be a Part of 'Home Waters: Stories of the Deschutes River Basin'

Central Oregon is blessed with incredible natural places and the Cascades produce some of the finest water in the country.  It is good to  appreciate these places and be reminded how fortunate we are to live here. More people means more pressure on these resources, but we are lucky to have a number of great organizations like the Deschutes River Conservancy working to steward these places and resources into the future so we can continue to enjoy them. A project of the Deschutes River Conservancy, ‘Home Waters – Stories of the Deschutes River Basin’ is a limited edition, high-quality coffee table-style book that tells the story of the Deschutes Basin’s past, present, and future through art, poetry, fiction and nonfiction. https://www.deschutesriver.org/how-to-help/home-waters-book/

With a donation of $100, funders will receive a copy of Home Waters and recognition as a Home Waters Supporter inside the book.

With a donation of $1000, funders will receive a copy of Home Waters, recognition as a Home Waters Steward, and an invitation to a special reception with book artists and creators.

The book will be released at locally owned bookstores around Central Oregon during Small Business Saturday on November 30th. Just in time for holiday shopping!
