About the experts:
Mac Lacy became ONDA’s staff attorney in 2001, after serving as student law clerk starting in 1999. Mac’s cases focus on wilderness, grazing, travel planning, imperiled species, and energy development issues on eastern Oregon’s public lands and he handles our Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) litigation.

As program director, Mark Salvo is responsible for supporting ONDA’s dedicated conservation staff and empowering our members to advance campaigns to protect, defend and restore wildlands, wildlife and other public values throughout southeastern Oregon.
