    Mt. Bachelor holds this one-of-a-kind event inspired by none other than legendary surfer and Mt. Bachelor Ambassador, Gerry Lopez – who is the event host! Check out more Here.

    This snowboard only event features a series of huge sweeping banked corners, quarter pipes and spines, incorporating the natural terrain as much as possible, to create wave-like features into a flowing course – this year located off Midway. The idea of the Mt. Bachelor Big Wave Challenge is to bring the surf to the mountain.

    The Disc Go Ball Northwest Team Disc Golf Invitational and Gandy Goose Ultimate Frisbee event are coming Saturday and Sunday the 8th and 9th to the Bend Pine Nursery Park. Watch some of the elite athletes from around the region. There’s Frisbee Side games, on field snacks and entertainment, live music and a Saturday night Players Party.     Infogroup data ranks top cities to celebrate National Beer Day

    OMAHA, Neb., April 3, 2017 — Beer lovers looking to celebrate National Beer Day on April 7 should look no farther than Bend, Ore., according to data from leading business data and analytics provider Infogroup.

    To determine the top U.S. cities for beer, Infogroup used its verified business database of more than 15 million records to identify which metro areas, regardless of population, are home to the most beer retailers and breweries, including craft and microbreweries. Once these factors were compiled, these cities were ranked by their concentration of beer-related businesses per 10,000 residents.

    Big Air is back at Mt. Bachelor for the 2nd annual Hella Big Air Competition! The biggest party of the season runs all day and into the night! Complete with a beer garden, on snow BBQ, music all day, skiing & riding until 7:00 p.m. and to top it off…Live music by Lyrics Born 7:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.!  More info here!
