    Tumalo Creek Kayak and Canoe and Bend Paddle Trail Alliance are hosting the first annual Whitewater Surf Festival this Wednesday and Pickin & Paddlin will follow.  Whitewater paddlers and surfers will test there skills and have fun in Riverbend Park.
